He took over the leadership of the company in 2013 and leads Federated with an emphasis on providing comprehensive services and enhanced technological systems. Fabrice is a French CPA and a member of the French Institute of CPA. He brings with him over 20 years of experience in the international finance field.

Nathalie Jarjailie is General Secretary, Fiducial Group.
A qualified chartered accountant, Nathalie Jarjaille began her career at the end of the 1980s as an auditor at Deloitte, responsible in particular for audits in international companies or legal expertise missions. Five years later, she joined the family business Fiducial alongside Christian Latouche, first as auditor and representative partner within Fiducial Audit. At the same time, she also became a member of the Regional Company of Auditors. In 1998, Nathalie Jarjaille was entrusted with the functions of general secretary of the Fiducial group. In this capacity, she is in charge of the management of the support functions and business branches in direct connection with the presidency of the group, of which she manages the functions, strategic orientations, development and operational management. Since 2023, Nathalie Jarjaille has also been Managing Director of the Fiducial Expertise branch.
