Frankie Garner

Rebecca Stoedter, CPA/ABV. has been the Manager of the Valuation & Transition Services department since 2017. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Accredited in Business Valuation with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Rebecca has over 25 years of accounting and tax experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana.

Carrie Gregory has served as the Manager of the Payroll department since 1998. She expertly leads her team and oversees payroll operations with a dedication to accuracy. Carrie began her career at Federated in 1995 in the accounting department before transferring to the payroll department. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Blackburn College.

Stephanie McHenry has served as the Manager of the Management Analysis department since her appointment in 2015. Stephanie brings over 40 years of experience providing accounting and analytical services to the funeral profession. She began her career at Federated in the Accounting Department and moved to the Management Consulting department soon after. Stephanie holds an associate degree in Accounting.

Meet Our

Geoff Rovegno has been a Division Manager since 2024. He has over 40 years of experience in both the public and private sector resulting in a deep knowledge of accounting, tax, tax planning and financial strategy. Geoff has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.   

Amy Stone has held the position of Division Manager since 2023. She has over 25 years of experience at Federated where she has developed a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Amy is a credentialed Enrolled Agent.  

Dustin has served in the role of Division Manager since 2020. He has over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation & compliance for the funeral profession. Dustin holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Illinois College and is a credentialed Enrolled Agent.

Penny has been a Division Manager at Federated since 2015. She has been with Federated for over 25 years and is experienced at the bookkeeping for funeral homes to produce accurate financial statements. 

Kevin Robson has been in the role of Division Manager since 2017. He has been with Federated for over 40 years during which time he has served in several roles including a Business Consultant. Kevin has a deep knowledge of bookkeeping and tax planning for the funeral profession.  

Kevin Codemo has served in the role of Divison Manager since 1998. His career at Federated started in 1988 and during his tenure he has gained extensive experience and a deep understanding of tax laws and financial reporting. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois, Springfield and is a credentialed Enrolled Agent.  

DJ Deskovich has been in the role of Division Manager since 2019. He has over 13 years of experience at Federated where he has developed extensive experience in bookkeeping specific to the funeral profession. DJ holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Robert Morris College and is a credentialed Enrolled Agent.  

Janell Entwistle has been in the role of Division Manager since 2011. She has over 30 years of experience in accounting and tax knowledge specific to the funeral profession. Janell holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University and is a credentialed Enrolled Agent.  

Pam Houchin has been a Division Manager since 2002 and has over 35 years of experience serving the funeral profession at Federated. She brings a wealth of expertise in tax compliance and bookkeeping. Pam is a credentialed Enrolled Agent.

Donna Cleeton has been a Division Manager with Federated since 2020. She has over 30 years of experience at Federated, beginning in the Accounts Receivable Department before transferring to accounting.

Bryan Hobson has been the Director – Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition since 2022 and has over 17 years of experience in management and human resources. Bryan holds a bachelor's degree in education from MacMurray College.

Shannen Mayfield has been a Director with Federated since 2016 and currently holds the title of Director – Business Development. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation through the AICPA and has over 30 years of accounting and tax experience. Shannen has a bachelor's degree in finance from Eastern Illinois University and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois, Springfield.

Kim Alexander has been the Director – Business Administration at Federated since 2019. She has been with the company for over 10 years and has over 23 years of management and marketing experience. Kim has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in marketing and management from the University of Washington, Tacoma.

Fabrice Moriaux has been the Executive Director of Federated since 2013. He is a French CPA with over 30 years of experience in accounting and support service management. Fabrice holds a master’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in innovation from Ecole Polytechnique.

Curt Dailey has been the Director – Business Relations at Federated since 2018. He has been with the company since 1994 and also oversees the Accounts Receivable department. He has over 33 years of experience and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in management from the University of Illinois, Springfield.
